Use the GDS support form (Zendesk)

For most questions you have during your transition, you'll need to contact your transition manager directly.

Questions about how to publish content

If you have a problem with using the publishing tool, first check the publisher manual.

If you are still stuck, or the question needs individual attention, use the support form (Zendesk) in Publisher.

Select the 'general' option and put 'Transition' and your agency name in the title of your request. We'll refer it straight to the transition team.

Questions about style

Sometimes your TM won't be able to clarify points in the style guide or answer questions about content formats. You can use the same support form for questions like this and we'll answer as quickly as we can.

You won't be able to use the support form until you have a Publisher account.
